Having worked with Zoe Lovett previously I knew that she could break down Accounts Receivable and knew how to pursue getting paid effectively and she has proven to be very good at that in this role. What has really impressed me are a lot of the ancillaries around that core competency. She has provided us with very specific and actionable game plans to implement in each practice to decrease AR and reasonable accountabilities around those plans. She also has a very strong grasp of dental practices on the whole and has provided us with invaluable observations and opportunities to help reasonably grow the practice. In addition she is very well liked in each of the offices she has visited because she has a very professional and encouraging way about her and does a great job teaching, training and coaching managers and personnel. We value Zoe’s view of our operations very highly and plan to utilize her talents in each of the practices that we acquire.
